RFID Sticker Information

We would like to remind everyone that RFID sticker may be obtained from O.C. Patrol. Applications for the RFID may be obtained directly from OC Patrol at keys@oc-patrol.com or in the Forms folder located in the Resident Portal at www.actionlife.com

Please be sure to submit the application directly to OC Patrol’s email address with the required documentation requested. To avoid delays in the processing of your request it is important that abide by these procedure. Please be aware that OC Patrol is processing RFID requests in accordance to the requirements established by the Board of Directors. The information requested of you and tenants is to ensure that only owners and tenants have access to the community.

The Seabridge Village Master Association uses a specialized software program, Dwelling Live, to track authorized vehicles access to the community. For new homeowner’s, upon receiving the completed documentation all prior dated listed in the Dwelling Live database will be deleted, and the new information provided form the application will be entered. An application is required for tenants in rental properties. It is important to make a note on the application or the email that the homeowner’s contact information and assigned RFID (assuming one has been assigned) is not deleted from Dwelling Live.

OC Patrol will contact the applicant and provide an activation code to set-up and manage the Dwelling Live account. In addition, OC Patrol will contact you and schedule an appointment to schedule an appointment for your vehicle to receive the RFID sticker. Please be aware that the gate attendant will place the sticker on your vehicle. RFID stickers can not be handed out or mailed to residents/tenants. Please be aware that applications may not be submitted to either or the gate houses.

As a reminder, the Beach gatehouse has a gate attendant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the Adams entrance gate attendant hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is closed on weekends and holidays to guests and deliveries. It is important to inform your guests, vendors, transportation providers and expected deliveries of the limited hours at the Adams gate and to re-direct to the Beach gatehouse for access to the community. Please note that emergency vehicle access is not restricted.

Have a safe and happy summer!

Know the Difference: Seabridge Village Master and sub-Associations

The Seabridge Village Master Association is comprised of two sub-associations; Seabridge Villas and Seabridge Village. All three Association has their own set of Board of Directors, and Governing Documents, as well as monthly Assessments. Everyone that owns a home at a sub-association is a member of the Seabridge Village Master Association. The following is a description of the differences in responsibility for each Association.

Seabridge Village Master – The Master Association is responsible for the following areas and amenities only;

  • Vehicle Gates- The Master Association is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the vehicle gates located at the main gate entrances (at Adams Ave. and Beach Blvd.), gatehouse attendants, RFID sticker process (via O.C. Patrol).
  • Streets and Drives – Seabridge Village Lane (road/stops and signs) from one entrance to the other.
  • Pedestrian Gates – All exterior perimeter pedestrian gates at both entrances and along Beach Blvd., including the fire access gate (at Beach Blvd.).
  • Tennis Courts: The maintenance of the tennis courts, including lighting, fencing, including locks and keys.
  • Keys: The key for the perimeter pedestrian gates and the tennis court is the same key. If a replacement key is needed, please contact Community Care at Action Property Management.
  • Water Features: The water features located on the exterior portions of the entrances (before the main gates).
  • Landscape: The landscaping near and around the water features at the community entrances, as well as the center median landscape (trees and irrigation) along the entire length of Seabridge Village Lane.
  • Assessments: Assessments are paid to the Master Association as well as the sub-association where your home is located in accordance to the annual budget. Monthly assessment must be made separately to the appropriate association.
  • Management: Action Property Management / Community Manager; Martha Bryan or contact the Community Care Team for assistance via the Resident Portal.

Seabridge Villas is the sub-association located off of Beach Blvd, and before the waterway bridge. Please note, the Association has their own patrol service to monitor and enforce parking rules and regulation within their own Association. The association is also managed by Action Property Management. For assistance within any questions of concerns you may contact the Community Manager, Gabriel Guerrero, or the Community Care Team at Action Property Management.

Seabridge Village is the sub-association that is located between the waterway bridge towards Adams Ave. The Association has their own patrol service to monitor and enforce parking rules and regulation within their own Association. The Community Manager is Foxy Hudson, also with Action Property Management. Questions and concerns may be directed to the Manager or the Community Care Team for assistance.

Please be aware that each sub-association has their own amenities separate from each other and from the Master Association. The Master Association is not responsible for any concerns that may arise within your sub-association including your building and unit and assessment. All such matters must be directed to your specific Community Manager.

Love to Play

The Board of Directors of Seabridge Village Master would like to take this opportunity to inform you of some recent concerns with the use of the tennis courts.

First and foremost, the tennis courts are to be used only for tennis. Sports such as pickle ball, soccer, kickball are not permitted. Conveyances such as bikes, scooters, and skates/roller blades, are strictly not permitted on the tennis courts at any time. To this tall list of we must add pets. The activities mentioned above, pets, and the use of conveyances will cause damage to the courts and nets.

The Board would also like to remind our Membership that the tennis courts are available for your daily enjoyment from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The tennis court light will automatically turn off at 10:00 p.m. Once the lights are off, please do not remain in the court areas to ensure your safety.

In addition, the tennis courts, as you may be aware, are in very close proximity of residential units. As a courtesy to area residents, we ask that while enjoying the game of tennis with your tennis partner(s), please be aware of your level of excitement, so as to not disturb our area neighbors who are enjoying the fresh Huntington Beach breeze from within their homes.

Lastly, help us keep the courts clean! Refrain from bringing food and beverages, other than water, into the courts, and dispose of trash in the trash bin. Do not bring any kind of outdoor furnishing to the tennis courts. The only permitted equipment is to play game of tennis.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to read this message. If your unit is a rental, please provide this information to your tenants as we want to make sure that everyone is well informed. Your interest in our community is appreciated.
