New Gate Guard Service and RFID Procedure

Effective December 15, 2022, O.C. Patrol will be providing the guard service at the Beach and Adams gates during the hours of operation. There will be no changes to the current procedures, with the exception that residents must now email O.C. Patrol at keys@oc-patrol.com in order to set up or update a Dwelling Live account and to obtain RFID stickers. The updated procedures for obtaining an RFID sticker are attached for your review and are also be available to view on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com.

As a reminder, the Beach gatehouse has a gate attendant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the Adams entrance gate attendant hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is closed on weekends and holidays to guests and deliveries. It is important to inform your guests, vendors, transportation providers and expected deliveries of the limited hours at the Adams gate and to re-direct to the Beach gatehouse for access to the community. Please note that emergency vehicle access is not restricted.
