Adams Gate: New Hours

Effective immediately, the Adams gate attendant hours have been increased from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. The Board will continue to monitor the need for additional gate attendant hours.

New Tennis Court Lights

If you haven’t notice the newly installed tennis court lights, take a walk to the courts in the evening and take a look! The light poles are beautiful and illuminate the courts perfectly! What’s even better than their appearance is that players don’t have to wait for the lights to turn on, and the lights are more cost effective on electricity.

Board Resolution Regarding Lack of Quorum

A quorum was not achieved at the Reconvened Meeting of the Members held on April 14, 2021. The Board will review and appoint to fill the vacant positions at the July 8, 2021 meeting. If you are interested in serving on the Board you may submit a completed Candidate Statement no later than July 7, 2021. A Candidate Statement can be found on the Resident Portal. New Adams Gatehouse Attendant Hours Effective March 1, 2021

Effective March 1st, the Adams entrance gate will be closed to guests, vendors, and deliveries as follows:

Monday – Friday from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. and every Saturday and Sunday

*The Adams Exit Gate Will Remain Operational at All Times *

**Residents with an RFID vehicle tag will continue to have access**

The change in hours will only affect guests and deliveries.  The entry sign at the Adams gate will be updated to reflect the change in hours and direct vehicles to the Beach gate to access the community.

Additional notices will be sent via email to all residents.  If your unit is leased, please inform your tenants of the new hours.  We will send additional email reminders to all residents that have an email address registered with Action Property Management in the Resident Portal.  If you have not set up your Resident Portal account yet, this would be a great time to do so and make sure your contact information is up-to-date so you can receive important Association communications. Please visit resident.actionlife.com to set up your account and be sure to have your account number, as this is required to register your account. Community Announcements

In an effort to improve communication throughout the Seabridge community, the HOA boards, in conjunction with Action Property Management, have created a new ‘Announcements‘ section on the Resident Portal
(instead of posting things here on the public facing HOA sites).

  • Following HOA board meetings, updates and info will be posted in this new area.
  • This information will also be included in the next publication of the Seabridge Newsletter(s), which are emailed to all owners who have registered for electronic communications (see below for info).

To help provide a similar experience as Owners for community announcements, rules, notices, and other documents, email the following information to Scot Cool to get tenant access to the Resident Portal:
