Board Resolution Regarding Lack of Quorum

A quorum was not achieved at the Reconvened Meeting of the Members held on April 14, 2021. The Board will review and appoint to fill the vacant positions at the July 8, 2021 meeting. If you are interested in serving on the Board you may submit a completed Candidate Statement no later than July 7, 2021. A Candidate Statement can be found on the Resident Portal.
