Dear Creekside Village Homeowners,

Action Property Management is moving! Effective December 13, 2024 our new corporate office address will be 320 Commerce, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92602.

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT YOU?

This will not affect homeowners who mail in their payments, as the remittance address for payments will remain the same P.O. Box address as shown on the bottom of the statements for most associations.

Homeowners making in-person payments at our Irvine office will need to visit our new location to drop off payment.

How To Get An RFID for Your Vehicle

Gate Access From Beach Blvd.

Gate Access From Adams Ave.

Limited Access:

  • Guest Entry: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm, Guest Entry Closed Saturday and Sunday
  • Resident Entry: 24 hours 7 days a week
  1. Guest Passes are issued at either of the gate houses during hours of operation. Guest Passes provided at the gate are not intended to be a Permit or Safe-List for your vehicle for your sub-Association (Seabridge Villas / Seabridge Village).
  2. An RFID sticker is not a permit for parking within your sub-Association. Please visit your sub-Association’s Resident Portal for specific Parking Rules. 
  3. To obtain an RFID sticker including replacement sticker, please contact OC Patrol at keys@oc-patrol.com . Additional information is also available in the Seabridge Village Master Resident Portal; RFID Permit / Replacement application, and how to access your DwellingLIVE account.
  4. When submitting your application, please be sure to included all the required documents to prevent delays. Once your application has been processed and payment has been received By OC Patrol you will be contacted to schedule your appointment with the gate attendant at the Adams Gate. Your are required to bring the vehicle(s) that are receiving the RFID to the gatehouse. RFID stickers are not provided to the Resident.

Annual Meeting Results

At the Annual Meeting of the Members held March 19, 2024 a quorum of 51% or 391 owners present either in person or by secret ballot was not reached. The incumbent Directors; Bonnie Carroll, Thad Phillips, John Torribio, Georgette Mannion, and Robert Tripp will serve on the Board for one year term.

Annual Meeting of the Members – March 19, 2024

The Annual Meeting of the Members and Election for the Seabridge Village Master Association is planned to be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. and held at the Seabridge Villas Clubhouse – 20191 Cape Coral, Huntington Beach.

Please see the attached Notice of Annual Meeting of the Membership. If a quorum of the Members is not met in person or by ballot, it may be necessary to adjourn the Annual Meeting to another date which is very costly to the Association. Please be sure to submit your ballot as soon as it arrives. It’s important to reach the 51% quorum requirement, and try to prevent a second mailing of the ballots, notices and the added cost of the inspector of election. You can expect to recieve the ballot material the week of February 12, 2024. The Notice has also been posted in the Resident Portal.
