Adjourned Annual Meeting

The annual meeting has been adjourned to June 10, 2026 at 2pm. The necessary quorum is reduced to 20% of the membership.

The Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly.

The closed Executive Session is held at 5 P.M.

The Regular (Open) Session begins at 6 P.M. The meetings are in-person.

Odd Months: Seabridge Village Clubhouse – 8102 Bridgepoint Dr., Huntington Beach, CA 92426

Even Months: Seabridge Villas Clubhouse – 20191 Cape Coral, Huntington Beach, CA 92426
